CS 777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the CS 777 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their CS 777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CS 777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. CS 777 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
CS 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any CS 777 account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure, CS 777 will return any remaining real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees, unless the closure is due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited.
You may close your CS 777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
